There are six different sectors in which Nepalese candidates are allowed to apply in SSW visa program. Nursing care, Agriculture, Accommodation, Aviation, Food service, Construction classes are running successfully in Shine Education Services Pvt. Ltd to secure placement in Japan. . All the candidates who are interested to apply in different sectors of SSW as mentioned above are required to pass JTF- Basic exam and skill test according to their related field. To work in Japan under SSW visa category, interested candidate has to pass Japan Foundation Test for Basic Japanese (JTF- Basic) which cost 36 USD.
Nursing Care
Nursing care is also known as Kaigo. In this SSW program, a candidate has to pass nursing care skills evaluation test and Nursing care Japanese Language evaluation test which cost additional 8 USD along JFT- Basic fee.

The major responsibilities of Nursing care worker are:-
- Ensure mealtimes, assistance in bathing and in toilet, aid in moving.
- Personal cleanliness and hygiene.
- Cooperation with medical representatives like Nurse, Doctor.
- Providing entertainment.
- Physical and Psychological support.
- Companionship to elderly people or differently challenged people.
- Medication Management and health assessment.
Food Service
Food service is one of the most sought sectors in SSW Visa. This program deals with the safety, preparation, distribution of food, beverage to the costumers. In this sector, a candidate is said to be eligible if S/he passed JFT-Basic and the food service industry skills proficiency test. The working area involves cafes, bars, catering companies, hospitals, university etc. This sector provides daily food services to the members of the community. The food service industry skills proficiency test cost 33 USD.

The major responsibilities of Food Service Worker are:-
- Serving foods.
- Preparing foods and Packing.
- Menu planning.
- Customer service.
