As the Japan Representative, my mission is to build a strong bridge between Nepal and Japan through education and human resource development.

Japan is facing a serious labor shortage due to its aging population, while many young people in Nepal have a strong desire to study, work, and build a better future in Japan. Our goal is to connect these needs and create opportunities that benefit students, educational institutions, companies, and both countries.

Since its establishment in 2015, Shine Education Services has been supporting students and professionals through Japanese language education, study abroad programs, Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) training, and career support. We are committed to providing honest, reliable, and high-quality services while helping each individual achieve their dreams and long-term goals.

As the Japan Representative, I am working to strengthen partnerships with Japanese language schools, vocational schools, universities, registered support organizations, recruitment agencies, and employers throughout Japan. We also provide continuous support for Nepali students and workers, from pre-departure guidance to life and work support after they arrive in Japan.

Our mission is not only to help people study or work in Japan, but also to build lasting relationships between Nepal and Japan through education, culture, and business. We believe that mutual trust and cooperation will create a brighter future for both countries.

We will continue to provide professional and trustworthy services and strive to be a reliable partner for our students, educational institutions, and business partners.
